Delivery Options

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Remove our shoes and place your furniture selection where you want it
  • Assemble and set-up furniture and mattress sets
  • Provide a final inspection of your furniture after installation
  • Remove old furniture (extra charges may apply), must be scheduled

SCHEDULING

  • We call you at least 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery date and time window
  • Delivery times are selected to include the total routing for the delivery date, therefore we will give you a 2 hour delivery time window
  • Special delivery service is available for a specific day and time window, speak to a sales consultant for details

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE DELIVERY

  • Check that the phone number(s) you gave us is correct so that we can reach you
  • Have an adult present at your delivery location to accept delivery
  • Inspect your delivery thoroughly to insure it meets your satisfaction
  • Promptly notify us of any problems that you may encounter with your delivery
  • Please have all C.O.D. payments ready for the delivery
  • Have room ready – old furniture out of way, remove all wall décor/accessories and loose rugs from any hall or stairway to avoid any accidents
  • Make sure walkways are cleared (snow/ice, etc)
  • Have pets secured
  • Double check to make sure furniture will fit thru doorways, hallways, stairs, etc

DELIVERY CANCELLATIONS

  • Please understand that deliveries are prepared and loaded onto the truck after we confirm your delivery
  • If you should need to cancel/reschedule your delivery, you need to notify us immediately
